Esperanza Community Farms is hiring! We are currently seeking a bilingual Lead Farmer (Spanish–English) to support and lead our on-farm operations, as well as a bilingual CSA Manager (English–Spanish) to coordinate our Community Supported Agriculture program and community relationships. These roles are ideal for individuals passionate about sustainable agriculture, food justice, and working in a collaborative, community-centered environment.
